line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Jameel Noori Nastaleeq'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #222222;\"\u003e ۔ 1919ء میں اخبار’رعیت میرٹھ‘ کے چیف ایڈ یٹر ہو گئے ۔فروری 1922 ء سے اپناذاتی رسالہ نگار‘‘ شائع کیا۔ اس رسالے کا اجراء آگرہ سے ہوا۔ یہ ار دو کا واحد رسالہ ہے جو چار شہروں اور دوملکوں میں حضرت نیاز کے ساتھ شریک سفر ر ہا اورفروری 1922 سے نیاز صاحب کے انتقال ینی 24 مئی 1966 ء تک ہر ماہ با قاعدگی سے شائع ہوتا رہا۔’ نگار‘ کا شمارہ جولائی 1962 لکھنو سے شائع کیا اور شمارہ اگست 1962 ء کراچی سے یہ با قاعدگی ان کے لائق شاگردوں ڈاکٹر فرمان فتح پوری اور امراؤ طارق نے بھی بڑی حد تک قائم رکھی اور’’ نگار‘ پاکستان کو آج تک علمی معیار کے ساتھ زندہ رکھے ہوئے ہیں ۔ علامہ نیاز کی تصانیف وتالیفات 35 ہیں جن میں ہر موضوع علم پر سیر حاصل بحث کی گئی ہے۔\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 16.0pt;
